the Stadium: Tiger Woods named AP Athlete of the Decade

Congratulations to Tiger, Tiger, Woods yall. Despite the media circus that is engulfing the World's #1 Golfer, the Associated Press today named Tiger Woods the Athlete of the Decade.

Regardless of what side of the debate one may be on, no one can deny that Tiger Woods is probably the most dominate athlete to ever play sports. It will be interesting to see if he will be able to retain that dominance once he decides to return to the sport that made him a household name. During this decade, Tiger Woods has won over 50 PGA Tour events and 12 majors. Runner ups for the award were the "Mountain Peddler" Lance Armstrong, "Tennis Phenomenon" Roger Federer and the "Golden Fish" Michael Phelps.

Once again, OURBLOC.com would like to congratulate Tiger Woods on his latest accomplishment.
